Rules To Remember

No political signs are permitted at any time.
No business signs are permitted once the work is completed. Don’t leave them up for an additional week or even day.
Keep weeds under control, particularly in areas near the road or in plain view.
Changes, additions or alterations in the exterior of your home require an improvement application.
Maintenance work that preserves the current appearance of your home (no major color change) does not require an improvement application.

Where do I get my approved mailbox or mailbox post?

The mailbox is typically available at home material stores and maybe

Meijer. Just be sure to check the size to make sure it is the right one. If

your mailbox is old and discolored, please paint it with black semi-gloss.

The mailbox post is available for custom build at McCabe Lumber. 513-

683-2662. They have the drawing under “Huttenbauer Farms”. In

spring of 2024 the cost was under $250. Installation is not included.

How do I pay my dues or any other fees I owe?

You can pay them safely below on this website or send a check to the

address on your invoice. Dues can change so don’t pay until you get

your annual invoice in January to be sure it is the right amount.
